A week of silence – for good reason 🌿
I was at the New Healing Festival – and what a precious time it was. My daughter came along, and it touched my heart deeply to share this world with her.
I got to give a workshop there on boundaries, consent, and sensual touch – including a Consent Council and exploring different dynamics of touch. It was such a beautiful workshop. Something opened up for many of the participants – lots of “aha” moments, honest moments of touch, and so much gratitude in the room by the end. This is exactly why I do what I do.
I’m now on a road trip until mid-September and will be posting a bit less here during this time. But of course the community keeps living – feel free to connect with each other, share and exchange, and look forward with me to what’s coming next.
Because on September 19th, the next Sinnlicher Kakao Tempel is already happening 🔥 You can already secure your ticket if you’d like to be there – I’m so looking forward to seeing you all again.

Tomorrow’s the day – Sensual Cacao Temple. 🤎
People often ask me what it actually feels like. Honestly? At first it’s usually quiet, strangers in a circle, you can feel the nervousness. Then the cacao comes – and something shifts. Shoulders soften, eye contact lasts longer, there’s laughter and sometimes tears. By the end, people who didn’t know each other hours earlier are sitting in a circle, sharing the deepest moments of the afternoon.
Quick update: we’re currently about half full – so there’s still plenty of space. For couples, for singles, and especially for women who want to take the leap: more women in the room noticeably shifts the energy, more softness, more depth for everyone.
And: we’re still urgently looking for a helper for tomorrow! If you’d like to be an active part of the space and help things run smoothly – reach out to me.

“What do you guys actually do during one of these ‘Temple Nights’?”—that’s the question I get asked most often. Here’s the honest answer:
🕐 12:00 PM – Arrival; together we create a safe space and set ground rules for the afternoon
🍫 Cacao ceremony—opens the heart, grounds your intention
🤝 Guided icebreaker exercises—playful, with clear boundaries; you decide how far you want to go. A mix of ta**ra, Authentic Relating, conscious touch, etc.
🏛 Opening of the temple space with an introduction to the sacred space and helpful tips
🌸 Open experience area with stations: sensual pleasures, soothing massage, nurturing cuddles, self-love & meditation, kinky corner, body painting, and much more—for your individual journey of exploration
🔄 Closing circle—share how the afternoon affected you
You decide for yourself at all times how deep you want to go. Everything at your own pace. Coming solo is just as welcome as coming as a couple.

Why do we actually call it a “Temple” and not a “workshop”?
Because that’s what it is for us: a sacred space. The temples we celebrate are rooted in ancient ta***ic traditions – places where people gathered to honor love, their own heart-space, sensuality, and their connection to something bigger.
Not a place where you have to perform. A place where you’re allowed to arrive.
I hold this space because I’ve experienced myself how much shifts when we allow ourselves to be real – open-hearted, no mask. On 15.08. we open this space again. I’d love to have you there. 🤎
