— Just because we carry it well it does not mean it‘s not heavy —

To all the super heros battling out there with them beautiful mind🖤

Today is mental health day and we should not need a day to talk about it but it is such a stigma that i’m happy there is a day to bring more awareness.

This year i learned one thing ( out of many) Is that you shouldn’t hide your problems away and hope they disappear on their own. That won’t happen. You have to choose to work on them. You have to take action. And sometimes that needs quiet time alone to figure it out and help, and that’s ok.

I wish so much we could talk about mental health with the same hopeness as physical health. I really do .

Conversation is one of the best way to bring awereness and i hope conversations continues that people don‘t feel less alone in their fight.

Let’s remind ourselves that asking for help doesnt make you weak it makes you strong.
That being vulnerable is not a weakness.

That Everyone we meet is fighting their own battle seen or unseen.. let‘s be kind .

That People should not feel less, ashamed, weak before of mental illness even if it is just anxiety.

I‘ve been and still battling this year in the middle of a significant depression only i didnt realised.
I didn‘t reached out, i didn‘t ask for the right help . Instead i pretend everything was ok, over did , got my mine busy and made even more mistakes and caused stress around me.

I’m not saying tones of meditation and breath work, therapy and medication is a magical cure or that it’s even for everybody, because everybody is different and handles things differently. But what I am saying is, coming from firsthand experience, once you overcome that stigma and reach out for help, things start to change for the better.

We as a society need to end the stigma. There is no shame in having a mental illness.
There is no shame going to to therapy.
There is no shame in having to ask for help .

Once we start opening the lines of communication with each other, we can start understanding each other better, which is what we need the most right now.

To all the super heros battling out there 🖤

Gratitude more than one s**t other people make time for -

Today i got angry for an hour to be in this paradise place, Bali and not able to swim, walk , lay on the beach for weeks ... and then in a second i felt so stupid .
I m alive , how dope.. and i felt so grateful.

I remember when I first heard of a gratitude practice—It seemed liked one of the hundreds of other practices that I knew would be beneficial, but would likely fall into the category of ‘s**t other people make time for’.

Before I knew it, my gratitude practice turned into an entire page that I was taking the time to reflect on and write down almost daily. In fact, this practice became non-negotiable once I got sick and injured this year. I began to really rely on that perspective shift as I felt my health slip out of my control. How quickly my list went from gratitude for my cup of coffee to being grateful for the things that I once thought to be the cause of my suffering.

I remember when I first heard of a gratitude practice—where you bring conscious appreciation to the things in your life that you already have, most often conceived through writing a list in a ‘gratitude journal’ or something similar—the practice sounded… well, nice. It seemed liked one of the hundreds of other practices that I knew would be beneficial, but would likely fall into the category of ‘s**t other people make time for’.

Gratitude is such a rich practice that has so much to teach. It can be uplifting, smoothing out our edges. In one second it can shift the brain and the situation you are in.

My journey with gratitude continues to evolve. I haven’t kept a formal gratitude journal in many moons now. When I feel inspired, I will write a list — they are fragmented across journals, notes in my phone and thoughts.. almost everyday.

But how often are you actually having that experience? (Go ahead, pause. Experience gratitude now.)

I believe Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions

- Grateful to be here , to feel good things , bad s**t n‘ be able to do and feel better again.
Life is good.

Color Breathing high 🔸
I was grey then all orange.

3 weeks that i use it daily for 2 hours,
‘ Color breathing ‘ to fight anxiety and change the brain waves, the negative thoughts.

I thought i would share it it can be really useful.
If you have lived with long-term stress and anxiety this year also , your body is constantly activated and in fight or flight mode.

🔸 The color breathing technique is a simple and quick activity that combines breathing and grounding exercises used for managing anxiety.

🔸 color breathing involves imaging a relaxing color entering your body while you take a deep breath and when you breathe out, visualizing the stress and tension leaving your body through an unfavorable color.

🔸 Take a moment to check in with each part of your body and try to relax your muscles and release your shoulders. Begin focusing on your breathing but don’t try to control it yet, just notice your pace and listen to the airflow. After a few moments, start breathing in deeply but comfortably. Try to keep a rhythmic pace of breathing naturally and relaxed but still deep enough that you feel your abdomen expand. It is suggested to inhale for 3 seconds through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth for 4 seconds but please remember to go at your own pace and if you feel dizzy just go back to your normal breathing until you feel better. Then adjust.

🔸As you start to feel more relaxed, choose a color that you find soothing.

🔸When you inhale imagine that color entering your body and letting that color wash over you, engulfing your stress and tension. For some people, that color can be blue, purple, green, or yellow but find what resonates best with you.

🔸Feel that color, traveling through your body parts allowing your muscles and thought processes to relax.

🔸As you exhale, imagine a color you associate with stress, such as red or gray, leaving your body and along with it, the anxiety and stress you have built up.

🔸Continue to do this for several minutes.

I really recommande it before bed or anytime to ease out of those spiraling negative thoughts.

Mine was orange , warm one like honey 🔸

Hey friends ,

I decided I needed a ( short or long ) break from social medias to get myself back on track.

Disconnect in order to reconnect with my body / mind while my body try to recover well post accident .

It will be longer journey and i feel i need this cut so i will only be reachable through WhatsApp and off facebook , instagram and teaching for now .

It’s always taunting me and keeping me half involved in everything .

Took me a bit to accept that it’s ok to disconnect for a short or long time.

Let’s remind ourselves it is ok to take a break of people , work , life , social medias ..

Even though it feels like we have a million different things to get done and a million people we could disappoint, to not fight through our mental or physical exhaustion. Let’s not push ourselves passed our limits.

I’m a pro 😅

I , YOU . WE - need to take care of yourself first .

That we can step away.
And It’s ok to step away we stay close to ourselves .

Reminding myself and doing it .

Until then stay safe, sain and take care of yourself in this beautifuk crazy life game and world!

Love to you 🖤

🧠Movements on my mind -
Today I changed the - M***E - into - MORE BREATH -.

🧠Et M***e c‘est tous les matins when i wake up.

🧠M***e i can‘t walk, dance , move since the accident two weeks ago and for a long time ..

🧠M***e i love movements so much and it hurts to lay.

🧠So today i stopped the m***e with more breath.. more dopamine , more endorphine without moving a toe and it felt so good .

🧠It goes like this — Breathe in calmly, through the nose, filling your abdomen and chest, for 5 seconds (or longer, not exceeding 7 seconds). Hold this breath in for 3 seconds. Slowly and gently release the breath through the mouth for 5 seconds (or more, whatever is comfortable.) breathe out through a slightly parted lip or “O” shaped lips. Repeat this 5 times, or even better, continue for 5 minutes ou 1 hour .
On some techno , disco in my bed.

🧠The contraction of the diaphragm sends a message to the brain to release dopamine which creates a calming effect. Dopamine also rise up the mood endorphines.. and acts as a pain reliever.

Just because of this ,
Better ...
Magic, life saver .. the breath.
To keep my s**t a tiny together,
So grateful for this practice simple yet so powerful.
I felt for a moment i just finished sport or a big dance session 🧠

Short session of pink on the brain.

Gotta try to tap into that KINTSUGI -
The moto x No broken things; only restoration. Back together .

In Japan, they practice a fascinating art called Kintsugi, which means, “to repair with gold.” When a bowl is broken into pieces it’s not thrown away, but rather put back together with gold seams.
The repairs are beautiful , yet somehow beautiful.
This sacred art form is symbolic of what is it to put your life back together after you went through hardship.

Last week i called a friend crying in this kimono while waiting to go to hospital for my surgery. He said to me i look a sad lady in a japanese movie and reminded me this card and the Kintsuki i got last year for my birthday.

He said to me ; get in the mindset of the Kintsugi wellness to survive the chaos.

I love Kintsugi because not only is the bowl restored, but because of the gold it’s repaired with, the bowl becomes more precious and valuable than before it was damaged.

Kintsugi reveals how to heal and shows you that you are better with your golden cracks .
Kintsugi can be a way to reframe hardships to remind yourself that you’re not a victim of your circumstances — and to help you come out the other side stronger.

KINTSUGI Wellness is about the practice of resilience, overcoming challenges and being a better version of yourself with all of your golden cracks.

Trying the journey of healing that broken bones with gratitude - surgery tomorrow go.

Et m***e • catch me inside and walking with this funky s**t for 3 month .
2020 in bed-out of the body into the mind.

Third surgery this year , broken knee .
Stupid scooter accident .
Got me all the why now; why me.
All the pains , anger and self pitty.

And then trying to remember,
The worst moment and pains,
The ones that makes you go why me, why now , why this. Can actually be a good sign..

Just remember this,
It will hurts before it get better,
It will hache before you realise you need to make things change,
No life raft to save you ; it’s you.
Just feel the pains and let the healing come .

A broken bone grows back larger following a break a doctor said to me this week,
Well our will and faith can grow back stronger too maybe, so long as we find a way to stitch up those wounds we can’t see.

I asked a friend how i gonna teach and work ,
This is the work ..
Lot of work to do,
Working on a positive mindset ,
On catching the lesson with grace,
Working hard on being patient,
Working hard on accepting the challenge,
Working hard on compassion,
Working hard on not drowning in self pitty.

Because no matter how fu**ed up the situation is .. there is always something to be grateful about .

2020 teaching me the hard way to stay low to the ground and quiet , listening to the silence Wich is god damn loud’

Brain food for this 2 month not walking - No why me , try me ... and growth .

Time to pump all the psychedelic breath work medicine to the brain and to say s**t, scheisse, m***e encore une fois .

Loving my job, thankful for being able to share this practice it in this beautiful game life!
To give to other people and serve , raising the joy of others , body , mind , makes mine ascend.
Success can be many things and mean nothing, but generosity will always be fu***ng rad .
