❓ What serves you and what doesn’t anymore?
In that process, don’t judge yourself or your past. This only creates a negative self-image and destroys any energy you need to change. Fully accept yourself and your situation! 🆗

Focus is like a muscle!
Getting distracted easily increases even more the need to train the focus muscle again.
And it has some really good upsides of the training:
🧠 You get easier in the flow state of concentration
🕺Adrenaline is increased which gives you note energy
🥰 Achieving goals unlocks a lot of dopamine that makes you feel happy and proud

Our average attention span is 8 seconds...
🤔 Like taking a zip of your coffee and bam your attention is drawn by something else.
Our brain is like a child 👶
➡️ When there is no stimuli for a longer time, it gets bored and creates thoughts to keep us busy.
But we can train our mind to get excited by this boredom of focusing on only one thing.
This is where mindfulness comes into play: Focusing on only one thing (breathing, eating, walking, talking...) can get really exciting because our mind has the capacity to experience it fully 🤩
Try it out with your coffee and really focus on it, like the movement of your hand, the grip on the cup and the taste of the coffee ☕️

Today‘s Monday Morning Growth Session was all about Self-Acceptance. Sometimes we talk pretty harsh to ourselves and expect us to accomplish something first before we feel „good enough“. This harsh self-talk usually created a feeling of having a deficit and „not being good enough“. But how would it be if you accomplish your goals out of the feeling of greatness and abundance? Rather than a feeling of deficits? By changing the way we talk to ourselves, we shift our focus to growth and see our potential rather than filling up gaps we think we have. So, for this week, watch your Language on how you talk to yourself and talk more positive! Have a great week! 🙋♀️

Do you wake up thinking directly “I should have not snoozed so long” or “I should go to bed earlier today”?
When we “should” ourselves, we drive our focus in the direction of having a deficit. We should first accomplish something before we feel good.
And even if “should” does not sound so harsh, we drive with our language our focus. How we talk to ourselves drives our focus on the things that we like or dislike about ourselves. Language drives focus and focus drives physiology. And this can lead to a really tough spiral of negativity to ourselves. Join tomorrow Morning at 8:30am on to turn this downward spiral around and prime your week for self-acceptance and energy out of the feeling “I am good enough!”
