We are coming closer to the end of our second year of studies and I must say that I love the growing attention that makes me feel alife. Attention is the essence of our beeing in presence. When we give attention to others we are less busy with our selfs and than we feel the life around us. We can practise beeing attentiv or choosing to stay busy in our head alone. We always have the choice. We can give attention to other people or Natur or food or Art or what ever we love so it becomes more present and real.
Feel invited to come for a session and tell others. I teach you how to learn through your body and become more attentive . You will learn to brith deeper and feel the tention and the pain in your body and learn to let go all of that. I am happy to meet new cliens. Have a nice weakend Sybille.

Hello everybody,
I am so glad to be in the studies of the Grinberg Method and as I am half way through I feel really that it is developing into the change I wish to do. I want also to give sessions to people who feel that something in their lifes wants to grow. I find this interesting if people stick to a routine and have difficulties to create something new or if they have a lot of knowledge they collected and want to improve in their career. If you want to try out let me know, I will be happy to teach you something new.
