For me, 2024 was a difficult year filled with many controversial situations, worries, disputes, ailments, but it also had many light and happy moments. Escaping to my second home in Greece always helps. Professionally, I met some amazing people, but also encountered some difficult ones. We had some unexpected situations with properties sales that needed solving before we could actually go ahead with closing. Very strange and challenging, but it all worked out in the end.

I sold a house FOR JFKS alumni friends - Class of '83 - and I sold a house TO my first JFKS alumni - Class of '13, just like my own daughters! A lovely couple who will eventually start a family in this amazing house. I love my job and always go the extra mile(s) even if, or because, the real estate market in Berlin is challenging and selling real estate is such a personal and emotional thing. The wars in the world, the racism, the homophobia, and discrimination continue but I will keep hoping for and believing that change is possible.
