„radical softness“ winter 25, by Leo Moritz

With his collection Radical Softness, designer Leo Moritz explores introversion from a deeply personal perspective. Emerging from a state of isolation, his figures appear uneasy both in proximity and in distance, absent even when physically present. Here, Closeness becomes a sensation of oppression. Unable to see each other in the eyes. Unable to build connection. 

By exposing the inner constructions of garments, the collection draws attention to what is usually concealed: the imperfect, the unpolished, the core of someone’s identity. Transparent fabrics and bare skin reveal the human body in its most vulnerable state. Through the merging of stereotypically feminine and masculine elements, Radical Softness investigates the space between individual identity and unity.
