I am learning so much from looking at nature around me, this is just insane.

Our answers are often in the trees, landscapes and animals that surround us because we are them and they are us. We are one.

This morning, these trees taught me:
- that we are all different, some of us are green, some of us are yellow, orange, red, tall, big and some of us are pink. And this diversity is what makes the landscape so beautiful. Our beauty and strength is in our differences.

- and, they also taught me that we all have different paces. Some of us are faster, some of us are slower, some of us lose our leaves quickly, some of us keep them for long. And so, it doesn't make sense to compare ourselves with others or think that we are failing, or late or not "there" yet while others are "accomplished" or "successful". We are getting there, one step after the other, and we can be proud of ourselves for walking that path, which is life.

Yesterday was an epic day for me as a parent, person.

In the morning, Sophia and I ran a race (she ran 800 m and I ran 10K) and in the evening, we went to a singing circle together around a fire in the park.

On top of having fun, feeling energized and motivated, we felt connected with each other through sharing these experiences together.

I feel super proud about being able to integrate her in my world, so that she sees other parts of me that were not visible to her yet.

And I feel so amazed at her openness towards new experiences and people.

Way to go for more parent/child bonding/connection/sharing.

The gift of not knowing.

That's the theme we discussed with my new wonderful client yesterday.

What came up is:
1. It is freaking scary.
2. It is what brings the most aliveness and magic into our lives.
3. We can practice embracing uncertainty and not knowing with little exercises in our routine.
4. When it is shared and expressed with someone, the fears tend to lessen.

"It may be that when we no longer know what to do we have come to our real work, and that we no longer know which way to go we have begun our real journey".

May we try to embrace the mystery of our lives and let go of trying to control them.

When summer ends, I always feel this sadness and nostalgia kicking in as days become greyer and trees more naked.

This summer was filled with outdoor runs, outdoor yoga, dance and music, and high intensity sports. It was so transformational, energizing and expansive.

I grieve this period as it has ended and will have to wait for a whole year to come back.

However I now notice that my body is asking me to slow down, to restore and rest.

Similar to the trees losing their leaves, autumn is an invitation to let go of what doesn't serve us anymore to let space for future growth.

This year, I want to try to embrace autumn as a delightful yin invitation for a restorative and healing period.

I will try to do less and be more, I will try to pamper my body more with massage and sauna, I will try to nourish myself with delicious warm dishes, I will try to observe more.

Oh woman,

You are a Queen who tries to live her life from her heart.

You are a Badass who works hard and takes care of your little ones.

You are a Connector who builds and creates intimacy and peace within and between people.

You are the Source from which all human life emerges.

You are the Lighthouse that shows the other women the chains to get rid of.

You are the Wildling that listens to her inner whispers and dares to follow them.

You are the Earth, the Tree, the Leaf, the Animal and Goddess and today I want to honor the strength, wisdom and power that it takes to find your own path in the woods.

What if love was singing in harmony with ourselves and others?

What if happiness was learning to ride the waves of our existence?

What if sadness was about daring to feel joy?

What if success was about letting go of who we think we are and make ourselves anew?

What if pain was the golden gift that can open the doors of our possibilities?

What if anger was the fuel of our life force?

What if sacredness was already here but we have closed our eyes to it?

What if fear was the invitation to dive deeper into unknown territories?

What if truth was feeling into our hearts and bodies and say YES, I am home.

Queens, Kings, let's make our lives OURS!

Our outside world is a reflection of our inner world.

You know what it is to feel angry, afraid or sad, and how then our lives, our relationships, our environments on the outside seem painful, unfair, hard.

And on the contrary when we feel settled, joyful or in love, how externally our lives seem peaceful, blissful and extraordinary.

The more we nurture our inner world and tend to it with compassion and acceptance, the more we transform our external lives as we no longer let our emotions unconsciously lead our lives.

Our inner world is craving our attention.

The first step is to notice. Stop for a second and ask yourself with eyes closed:
- how do I feel now? (Trust the first words that emerge from your inner world)

Just notice, take note, accept without judgement, tell the truth, repeat and make it a habit.

Your inner world will thank you for paying attention to it and will start offering you some gifts in the external world.. wait and trust the process...

"We can't heal what we don't feel" David Kessler.

For a while I thought my job as a coach was to help people feel great, be happy with their lives and gain a sense of fulfillment.

But, that is an unrealistic expectation that I put on myself and my clients as it erased a big part of the spectrum of emotions.

From now on, I want to allow myself and my clients to be with what is present, be authentic, be true and allow ourselves to feel all of our feelings without aiming for happiness.

Happiness will come once what was needed to be felt was felt and thus healed.

My goal is no longer happiness, it is truthfulness.
