🎓 From Basic Training to ADC Rating

We are proud to celebrate the graduation of 9 air traffic control professionals who have completed a remarkable journey with us.

Having concluded their Basic Training here at CANI, they moved straight into the ADC Rating Training course in February — and in April, they all walked away with the same thing: a Certificate of Completion and a shared goal of keeping the skies safe.

What makes this group truly special is the international spirit they brought to every session. One course, four countries — Slovenia 🇸🇮 (Kontrola zračnega prometa Slovenije) , Germany 🇩🇪, Czechia 🇨🇿 (Vzdušné síly AČR), and Austria 🇦🇹 — training side by side and pushing each other forward.

Over 11 weeks of intensive training they completed:
✅ 36 theory lessons
✅ 55+ practical simulator exercises
✅ 63 briefings
✅ Mid-check and final-check examinations

📍CANI – Training for safe skies

✈️ PAR Endorsement Training Successfully Completed ✈️

CANI has successfully concluded the PAR Endorsement Training for Czech Air Force (Vzdušné síly AČR) ATC students.

13 days of intensive training included:
🧠 Theoretical instruction and examination
🎯 33 Precision Approach Radar simulator exercises per participant
✅ Final PAR practical check

The training focused on Precision Approach Radar procedures in complex operational conditions, enabling participants to meet the requirements for progression toward an APS/PAR endorsement in accordance with international standards and CANI requirements.

✈️ Building ATFM expertise with Kazaeronavigation 🇰🇿 ✈️

CANI is currently delivering a Tailor‑made Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) Refresher Course for professionals from Kazaeronavigatsia_official🇰🇿.

Over two intensive weeks, participants are deepening their competencies through:
✅ ICAO‑aligned ATFM concepts
✅ Strategic, pre‑tactical and tactical flow management practices
✅ Scenario‑based discussions reflecting real operational challenges
✅ Interactive training led by experienced CANI instructors

This bespoke course is designed to reflect the specific operational environment and needs of the client, supporting continuous professional development and effective international cooperation.

This April, CANI welcomed a new class of 8 Czech Air Force students who have officially started their ATC Basic Training.

Over the next 13 weeks, they will work through:
→ Core ATC theory and aviation fundamentals
→ Intensive practical training
→ Simulator exercises in aerodrome and surveillance environments

It won't be easy — but the most rewarding paths rarely are. Every expert controller once stood exactly where you are today.

✈️ Keeping ATCOs ready for the unexpected

CANI successfully delivered the ATC Specialized Course – Refresher of Emergency & Unusual Situations for air traffic controllers from Kazaeronavigation.

Over 5 intensive days, participants worked through a broad range of emergency scenarios in a high-fidelity simulation environment — from engine failures and communication loss to unlawful interference and ACAS/TCAS events — guided by experienced CANI instructors.

Because in air traffic control, preparedness makes the difference.

🎓 Congratulations to our APS Rating graduates! ✈️
A group of talented Czech students has successfully completed the APS Rating course at CANI – another important milestone on their ATC journey.

Having already earned their ADC Rating back in December, these students continued pushing forward — and over the past 13 weeks navigated intensive theory, demanding simulator training, daily briefings and challenging assessments to reach yet another goal.

The final certificate ceremony perfectly reflected what makes CANI unique. The amazing atmosphere, supportive and friendly environment, and the presence of instructors congratulating the students highlighted a culture where people grow not only professionally, but also together as a team.

We are proud of our graduates and wish them all the best in the next phase of their training and careers. Clear skies ahead ✈️💙

🎓 ADC Training completed – well done, Avinor trainees!

13 intensive weeks of classroom sessions, demanding simulator exercises and rigorous final assessments. The Avinor trainees took on every challenge and came through with flying colours – a great achievement driven by motivation, teamwork and professionalism.

Every single participant successfully completed the ADC Rating Course. And the journey continues – they're now heading into APS Rating training at CANI, building on everything they've achieved so far.
