a) thank god for (and similar)
b) I know that a lot of people feel like s... They don't feel great these days and some days are much, much worse than others. It's ok to feel that way.
Don't lose hope, keep laughing at whatever you can find and keep in touch with people. I find that chitchat or "venting" to someone works miracles. Just knowing that there is someone who is going through something similar is a huge load off your chest.
Make sure you rest, times are hard and don't spend too much time obsessing over stuff you cannot possibly change.
and are NOT always the top .
Those need to come from a good and healthy place.

Just...if there's a great joke on a show, share it.
Also, have some chocolate.

Whenever you are hungry, you automatically become angry and some people are very, very bad at keeping it together.

Just...eat regularly, ok? For everyone's sake.

Yes, sometimes, it's good that you push yourself and go beyond what you thought possible.

This year, it was actually pretty doable!
It seems to be over now though, so I hope you enjoyed it while it lasted!
I haven't seen this much snow in Prague in at least 15 years. Not that it did me any good since I have to be at home most of the time...and when I did go out, the light and general whiteness BLINDED me. .
