Zdá se, že čtení beletrie má mnoho pozitivních dopadů na náš život a psychiku. Petr zase jednou něco napsal. Spousta řečí okolo, ale to jestli je člověk vhodným adeptem na psychoterapii nebo podobnou odbornou pomoc, se moc nedozví. No ale jeden příklad pocitu, který vás k tomu může přivézt, nakonec dal :)
"Shrneme-li to, je to možná právě pocit, že nevíte jak dál, ale víte, že musíte jinak, který je dobrým impulzem pro psychoterapii nebo třeba i kariérní poradenství. Návštěva odborníka by měla pomoci najít vlastní cestu a získat pocit, že víte jak dál. A my jako odborníci bychom zase naše služby mohli nabízet tím, že budeme dávat příklady, mluvit o pocitech a situacích. A méně o diagnózách a v obecných termínech."

Nejdříve jsem si říkal, že to srovnání se zubařem je takové divné (znáte to, často se říká, že psychoterapie není jako léčba izolovaného zranění podle přesných postupů). Ale pak jsem si uvědomil, že když jdu k zubaři, tak to není jen o ošetření mých zubů, ale o mnohem komplexnějším přístupu tykajícím se celé řady věcí v mé ústní dutině, mých návyků i postojů :)

Trochu lehčí čtení na páteční podvečer. Pokud na chvíli odložíte cynismus a ironii, tak se u toho nejspíše budete potutelně uculovat :) Poukazuje to na sílu vzájemného naslouchání a sdílení. Dokonce s někým tak trochu cizím.
