The Cypriot partners of the Erasmus + Project code 2014-1-RO01-KA202-002972, namely “Services and Quality Improvement and Enhancing Accuracy in Legal Area has organized a training session in Paphos. The local partners are Rivensco Consulting and the legal office Antonis Frangou LLC. Local professional and practitioners in relevant fields of accounting, financial and legal services were invited. This was an opportunity to train the professionals and also to present the results of our project. Both partners presented the strategic partnership, its aims and objectives, the achieved results and they focused on the topic of “Legal and fiscal aspects in international transactions – Transfer of shares. The presentations and the case studies were interesting to our participants and we ended the training seminar with questions and answers session.

The Partners of the Strategic Partnership Erasmus+, KA2 are proud to inform that the coordinating partner Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii held on 6, 7 August 2016 the Final Multiplier Event of the project No. 2014-1-RO01-KA202-002972, namely “Services and Quality Improvement and Enhancing Accuracy in Legal Area”, financed by European Commission, through A.N.P.C.D.E.F.P.

During the Final Multiplier Event BG&A presented to the participants/invitees the partners, rationale, scope, objectives and results of our Strategic Partnership, and in particular the activities and Intellectual Output products rendered/created during the 2 years strategic partnership.

Our team wishes to thank once again to all participants to our Final Multiplier Even for their worm and kind support, for their interest showed to the Strategic Partnership developed with the financial support of Erasmus+ programme.

We invite and encourage any person, organisation, stakeholder to use Erasmus+ programme and participate in developing Strategic Partnerships intending to achieve European Union goals/objectives in education and vocation action-key areas.

The Partners of the Strategic Partnership Erasmus+ are proud to announce that the coordinating partner Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii, together with TPS Transfer Pricing and Zivac Group Central will held in Romania on 6 and 7 of August 2016, at BG&A head offices, the training sessions within the project namely “Services and Quality Improvement and Enhancing Accuracy in Legal Area”. The training course has the thematic namely “Legal and fiscal aspects in international transactions – Transfer of shares”. We are also pleased to announce that any willing participants are invited to attend our training sessions financed by European Commission, through Romanian National Agency namely A.N.P.C.D.E.F.P.

Our project "Services and Quality Improvement and Enhancing Accuracy in Legal Area" is an educational initiative that aims to create a mini-guide on good practices, an e-learning platform and a training module on international transactions which will be pilot tested in our countries. The participating countries is Romania, Cyprus, UK and Portugal.

This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. This communication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

The Romanian coordinating partner Boanta, Gidei si Asociatii (BG&A) is pleased to announce that next project meeting under Erasmus strategic partnership „Services and Quality Improvement and Enhancing Accuracy in Legal Area” will be held in Bucharest, on 11 and 12 of March 2016. Our moto is always “Improvement of skills in international transactions always requires exchange of knowledge, experience and continuous learning”.

The project 2014-1-RO01-KA202-002972 is financed by European Commission acting through A.N.P.D.C.E.F.P.

Rivensco Consulting yesterday had an internal presentation and discussion of the Training module and we will soon present it to Lawyers and accountants in the cities of Nicosia and Paphos. The opinion and suggestions of Mrs, Christina, the legal consultant of the company, on how to best present the module were really useful and very appreciated.

Many Thanks to Marco for the excellent organization of the PT meeting on 29-30th of June. We had the opportunity to discuss about the project outputs, the testing of the training module and the other activities of the project.

Attached are some of the pictures taken during the project meeting with our Romanian, Portuguese, British partners and of course our trainer Angelos.

We thank again Marco because most of us have visited Lisbon for first time and our participants were very excited to see the cultural aspects of the city. Great job Marco!!!!

The Third transnational project meeting in Lisbon is getting close, on 29 and 30 of June. We hope to meet all partners and further progress our project goals.

We also need to make this page more popular reaching the milestone of 100 likes; meaning 14 more to go.
