Robert’s WHY is to influence people to genuinely care for each other so that together, we can re-direct the course and direction of Humanity. With a vision to redefine “change”, both professionally and personally, Robert works with, supports, associates, and collaborates with ambitious human beings and professionals to contribute to the betterment of the world. Robert has done most mistakes in the
unwritten "book of life". With the intention to provide useful and valuable service to people, he is willing to keep doing as many mistakes as fast as possible with the requirement to learn from them and move forward. He has a first-hand experience learning the invaluable lessons and experiences of not implementing self -leadership, and self-discipline for more than one extremely rough DECADE. As a young, loyal, hard-working individual, he discovered through life that almost zero businesses have a bigger, genuine vision, and purpose for themselves and their people. Growing up, he gained hands-on experience working in various customer faced environments. Working with, getting trained from, and training people was a recurring cycle. Whilst going through this cycle over and over again, he detected another interesting pattern – most companies who have a vision or values written, almost never implement them through daily – weekly - monthly activities. Robert is committed and will devote his life to keep seeking answers to the most meaningful questions in life. He is aware that what it takes is to disrupt, innovate and, revolutionize whole industries starting from rock bottom and he knows it’s a massive leap which he’s willing to make. What makes him pursue this unique course, is his conviction that through influencing the world to create supportive environments, people will be empowered to discover and reach their highest potential. Therefore, he will massively contribute to the betterment of the world – Seeing people being truly HAPPY – Enjoying both their lives and their work. Robert may be best known for doing anything in his power to provide you with an outstanding quality of service, and creating an unbeatable experience! All of that, just because he genuinely cares.
