Sempre piΓΉ in voga tra gli attrezzi utilizzati nel . Utilissima ai fini di rafforzare muscolatura e i tendini a ridosso di articolazioni degli arti superiori.πͺπΌππΌ
Oltre al rafforzamento dei "cugini" piΓΉ famosi (bicipiti e tricipiti), mira anche a quello di flessori dell'avambraccio (fondamentali nel ), cuffia dei rotatori e scapolari...avendo, inoltre, la libertΓ di lavorare con efficienza su tutti i piani di movimento (io preferisco lavorare sul piano trasversale, chiamando in causa il ).

οΈβ‘οΈ 2) ho eseguito vari flow, su tutti i piani di movimento, con una clava da 7KG.
