The course is equivalent to 20 ECTS credits and offers certified micro-credentials.

🔹We are proud to share our contribution to the 5th International Conference "Literacy and Contemporary Society: Creativity, Equity, Social Action" in the official conference proceedings.
🔹Our Food Rescue project, led by Kleovoulos Stylianou, is featured in the publication, under the title "FOOD RESCUE CURRICULUM: AN EDUCATIONAL APPROACH TO SOCIAL ACTION FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPILS". This curriculum uses Maker education and Youth Participation to develop 21st-century skills and empower students as change-makers in their communities.
🔹This educational initiative fosters a mindset of social activism, equipping young learners with the tools to create their own solutions and promote awareness on food waste and environmental challenges.
We are excited to see this work recognised on a national level!

Το Center for Social Innovation - CSI διοργάνωσε εργαστήρι στο βασισμένο στο έργο και μέσα από δημιουργικούς τρόπους, τα παιδιά έμαθαν πως να μειώσουν την σπατάλη τροφίμων στο σπίτι και να διαδώσουν το μήνυμα, καμια μεριδα χαμένη.

🍎🥑 The FOOD RESCUE Curriculum in action today at the summer school of Κύκλος Γνώσεων! 🙋🙋‍♂️
The Center for Social Innovation - CSI hosted a workshop at the project-based school and through creative ways, children learned how to reduce food waste at home and spread the message, no portion wasted.

The local newspaper Elemesos describes how the 3rd Environmental Festival of Ypsonas offers joy and knowledge to the kids and their parents, with the significant contribution of FOOD RESCUE activities.
