Yes, it is!
Not like a native speaker, but you will be able to read, write and create dialogues in Russian 👌🏻
BUT... of course, there is but 🙃
It’s possible, if you will spend one hour every day during the course for homework and revision 📚sounds boring?
I promise to give you a lot of tips how to learn effectively and enjoy it.
📱I will give you a list of the best applications and games you can use to learn Russian.
📀 Nice songs and podcasts to improve your listening skills.
📺 We will find your favorite movie or serial in Russian with English or Greek subtitles. You will have fun 😉

What to choose online or offline lessons❓
It’s up to you!
I have experience to teach offline and online.
I guess all of us have offline lessons experience, so let’s talk about online education.
➕ Learn anywhere.
You can have a lesson from home or office, or you don’t have to miss it even if are traveling 🌍
➕Save time and money.
You don’t have to spend time for road, petrol or books.
➖ Internet connection.
You have to have stable and good speed internet connection to connect to online platform
➖Less contact.
For me is one of the biggest minuses of online education, I love taking and sharing smiles without screen 📺
For online lessons I’ve been using Zoom. You need smartphone, tablet or PC to connect.
What you can do during your lesson with Zoom:
* Chat
* Use video
* Share your screen, share video, pictures, presentations etc
* Use whiteboard or annotations.
Have you have online education experience? Do you like it? What do you prefer? ⬇️⬇️⬇️

1. The Russian language is the 5th most spoken language 🌍
Russian is the fifth language in the world (after English, Chinese, Spanish and Arabic).
2. Yellow-blue bus ❤️
In order to remember the Russian phrase “I love you” – «Я люблю Вас» [Ya lyublu Vas], just think of the phrase “Yellow-blue bus”. Actually, say it out loud right now.
This sounds very similar and to the Russian I love you and will help you remember it.
3. Do you dream about going to space? Learn Russian! 🚀
If you want to become an astronaut, you have to know Russian. Nowadays, it’s a requirement for NASA applicants to know the Russian language.
4. Do you speak English? You will understand 10% of Russian. Add another 10 % if you speak Greek 👌🏻
About 10% of Russian words are similar to English ones, and another 10 % or even more are similar to Greek once.
5. Russian has approximately 500,000 words (it’s actually impossible to count), and only 2,500 are used frequently 😃
Just learn 7 words every day and in one year you will know all the most frequent Russian words.

Tic tac toe, pantomime, hangman, bingo... We play these and many other games during our lessons. And yes, we are adults 😉
Gamification in learning is the best way:
1. To remember and practice vocabulary and grammar constructions.
2. To keep positive attitude.
3. To have some fun and keep lessons interesting and interactive.
4. To improve communication skills.
Learn hard, play hard 😀👌🏻

The most important for me is keeping my students motived and interested in process. And of course to reach their targets 👌🏻
That’s why I don’t use only one method of teaching, I combine different methods, books and ways of learning according to my student’s target 🎯
I always try to keep my lessons interactive and interesting.
We talk a lot (yes, after a couple of lessons you will be able to start communicating 😉), we play games. We can watch your favorite serial in Russian or we can cook something and meanwhile learn new words 🍔🌭🥗
And we have a lot of fun 🙃
