For years, people asked me the same question:
'How do you manage so many difficult situations at the same time and still stay calm?'
Back then, I didn’t have the answer.
Today, I realize I had been practicing a powerful skill without even knowing its name.
Curious to know what that skill is? Read the full article below.
Managing Life’s Many ‘Fires’ Without Burning Out!
People often ask me: ‘How do you manage so many different parts of your life at the same time, especially when each one is important and not easy to handle? How do you stay calm and focused without one situation interfering with another?’ For a long time, I didn’t have a clear answer. I would ...

One of the most important things I value in learning sessions is the creativity of the activities offered to participants.
Through experiential learning, we often turn off the shields we build around ourselves, allowing laughter and imagination to emerge.
In that space, learning comes to life, creating an experience that stays with us long after the session ends.

As we, women, grow older and wiser, we begin to appreciate things we might have overlooked before. Life has its own beauty, even when things don’t always go as we expect. The wisdom I’ve gained from my journey is to be fully present in every moment, embracing each experience as it comes.
Happy Women’s Day!

When we are moving through life transitions, like a divorce, a career change, grief, or even deep personal growth, everything can feel uncertain and therefore stressful.
When everything in our life feels like it’s changing, watching a sunset, the sky shifting predictably and beautifully, this helps our nervous system remember that change itself is not the enemy. It is part of a cycle, and every cycle has a beginning and an ending.
So while our life may feel unstable, the sunset reminds us that stability and safety still exist.
Its quiet rhythm sends a clear, non-verbal message to our body:
'Transitions can be natural. Endings can be gentle. You are safe. You are still held within something larger than this moment'.

When we communicate, we don’t communicate only through words.
We communicate through eye contact, body language, and gestures.
We also transmit our energy. The energy we embody in that very moment.
Being fully present in the message you want to carry forward is the most expressive way to be yourself.

“Who would be so crazy to step up and deliver a speech without any preparation at all?”
That was the statement I heard when I made the bold decision to improvise my speech, with no preparation whatsoever.
And it felt wonderful.
In those moments, I feel more alive. More powerful.
I realized this is one of my greatest strengths: the courage to step up, trust myself, and lead in my own way.

Did you know that repeated cold exposure trains your body and brain to handle stress better?
Many years ago, when I was going through deep emotional pain, I was drawn to visit and dive into the cold water of the sea.
I didn’t know any science back then.
I didn’t understand nervous systems or stress responses.
I only knew that every time I dived into that cold water, I came out different.
Lighter.
Calmer.
Happier.
Stronger than a few minutes before.
The sea became my quiet teacher and my emotional healer. It helped me breathe again when life felt too heavy. It reminded my body how to feel safe.
Only years later did I discover that what felt like intuition was actually biology, my nervous system finding its way back to balance.
Today, being a winter swimmer is not just a hobby. It is a way of living… and this is the science behind it…
