Happiness is a choice you can make right here right now. There's no road to happiness.

Works all the time

After listening to this speech a thought kept circling in my mind. Where or what is the problem and we don't shift our consciousnesses into joy? The answer that came up was in three words. Ego Ego Ego. Ego doesn't have the ability to feel or experience joy simply because the Ego is an illusory persona created by a thinking mind. Can the mind feel joy? No, it can only think look expect and speculate on joy. Shifting our consciousnesses from a mind operating system to a Loving and compassionate heart system outside the control of the duality of ego-mind is the solution where we Can live in joy .
