What helps students learn well, and what gets in the way? That's the question behind our work in the Erasmus+ ENA project.
The University of Nicosia has developed the ENA Student Self-Awareness Tool, "Understanding My Learning Needs and Helpful Changes", a practical resource to help students reflect on their strengths, preferences, and the barriers they may face around teaching, environment, assessment, timing, and support.
It's not a test or a diagnosis. It's a starting point, for individual reflection or for conversations with faculty, tutors, and student support services.
Part of ENA's wider mission: making higher education more inclusive and supportive for neurodiverse students and students with hidden disabilities.

The tool is designed to help students reflect on their strengths, preferences, barriers, and the changes that may support their learning in areas such as teaching, environment, assessment, timing, and support.
