Yesterday, I had the wonderful opportunity to organize a session on nutrition and health in collaboration with the Mas Atenshon Pa Salú organization.

This marked the first of a 6-part series, where each month we’ll be diving into a new topic focused on wellness and healthy living, together with inspiring speakers.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such an engaging and open atmosphere.
And a special thank you to our very first speaker, Elise Faries, for her insightful and educational presentation. Participants had the chance to ask questions, share experiences, and truly connect around the topic.

It was a great evening, and this is just the beginning… we’re excited to grow this initiative and make each session even more impactful.

🌸 Hala un Rosea — Take a Breath 🌸

Yesterday, I had the privilege of speaking with a group of amazing mothers and sharing my life experiences. I chose the title “Hala un Rosea” (Papiamentu for “Take a Breath”), because as mothers, entrepreneurs, workers, sisters, daughters, and partners, we often forget to pause and breathe. We take it for granted… until one day we realize we’ve been running without air.

Sharing my journey touched me deeply, it reminded me of everything I’ve been through, and yet, by God’s grace, I am still breathing, still standing. 🙏🏽

With my 50th birthday around the corner, I feel even more grateful for all the blessings in my life, and for all the dreams still waiting to be fulfilled. Life will keep "lifing", but we were created for greatness, to motivate, empower, and inspire.💫

So today, I encourage you: take a deep breath. Feel your heartbeat. That means you’re alive. That means you can still create change, chase your dreams, and make things happen.✨️

I am truly thankful, and I want to thank for the opportunity and the trust. 🙏🏽

"Investing in Our Youth = Investing in Our Future"✨️

Last week, I had the opportunity to speak with a group of students about the importance of good behavior in the workplace. They were so receptive, and it was clear how much guidance and understanding they need when it comes to work ethics.

I truly believe it’s our responsibility to guide and motivate the youth so they can grow into successful, confident professionals. Yes, they may sometimes come across as spoiled or entitled, but with encouragement and the right direction, they can thrive.🙌🏽

A heartfelt thank you to my dear friend Miriela Kwidama for trusting me with this opportunity. I’m grateful and inspired and I hope to continue giving back to the next generation. 🙏🏽
