During our visit to Rancho de Herberg, participants of the Mi Negoshi Mi Futuro Entrepreneurship Program had the opportunity to experience teamwork, responsibility, and hands-on learning in a real-world environment.

Mi Negoshi: Mi Futuro Pilot Cohort 2026

This program was never only about starting a business.

It was about confidence.

It was about communication.

It was about responsibility.

It was about teamwork.

It was about leadership.

It was about discovering potential.

Over the past six weeks, participants embarked on a journey of learning, growth, and self-discovery through the Mi Negoshi: Mi Futuro Entrepreneurship Program.

Through interactive activities, group discussions, practical assignments, real-world experiences, and Entrepreneurship Day at Rancho de Herberg, participants developed valuable skills that extend far beyond entrepreneurship.

Along the way, they strengthened their confidence, expanded their knowledge, built meaningful connections, and explored new possibilities for their future.

As we celebrate the completion of this pilot cohort, we recognize not only their achievements, but also their growth, resilience, and willingness to learn.

We are proud of every participant who chose to show up, engage, contribute, and grow throughout this journey.
