O Atiati Kollektiv Atiati may be an island - O Atiati is a music collective. We realize musical projects with children. Because education and art opens up perspectives.

Our biggest project so far is going to Tarrafal, Cabo Verde to build up a music course for children.

Another week with many, many experiences with all the children. I am learning to deal with soooo many students at only 1!!! piano:) And the students are learning to play a melody as a canon. I am so happy to have so many interested children, all wanting to learn and to play together. Thank you!

⚡Nos e um banda⚡

This was actually one of our first Palindrum lessons. Teaching & learning to play together, to hold a steady beat, to listen to each other. We have already come a long way since then, we will post more recent videos soon😊🔜🙏🎶

We are a band
we listen to each other, we look after each other and we play together

This is our fifth week in Tarrafal, Cabo Verde working in a music education project for children at Delta Cultura. We are building up trust and experiences with the children.💛

🎼🎹🥁Working with the children is tremendously rewarding, they bring so much energy and concentration into the lessons.
We are very much looking forward for the next weeks to come and being able to build up on this base. 🎉

I'm so happy about our first week & music teaching in Cabo Verde. We were very busy, visiting local schools and meeting many people to help us with our music project. Our goal is to make music education possible for all the children😊(well, at least we are trying to reach as many as possible. Got to start somewhere, right?)
We already played the piano and the flute with the children . And helped with a workshop in Nos kausa spasu kultural
