2 things to accomplish anything.
This won't resonate with everyone. But it works for me 😂
In order for you to accomplish anything in life you need two "things"
No this is not 🧢 so 🤫 and keep reading
The first "thing" you need is:
CLARITY 🔮
Get crystal clear about what you want to accomplish (I call this movie ending)
How often do you dance?
Where do you want to live?
What type of body do you want?
How often do you train?
Etc.
Write it down, create a mood board, whatever you need to do to really feel and see what you want to accomplish.
After you've done this you'll need to do the second "thing" 👇
OBSESSION😈
Yes, you read that right. You need to become obsessed with reaching that goal.
Everything you do should get you closer that movie ending of yours.
The way you eat
How much you sleep
What hours do you work
Who do you take classes and dance with
Etc.
F*ck balance, and go all in for 3 month. I'm promising you that you have no idea how far you can get with just 90 days of full focus.
Ps. Remember to plan for procrastination and to make sure to have "planned rest time"
Pps. I know this might be too intensive for some of you reading this. But if you have serious goals that you are want to accomplish. I personally know no other way then being intensive
