How you start the day dictates what your joy, energy, focus, and productivity will be like for the rest of it.
Practice waking up early (this means getting to bed at a reasonable time) 7-9 hours of sleep.
Spend the first hour dedicated to your own practice. No emails, no messages, no social media.
1) Get your heart rate up and do a short exercise. HIIT, ashtanga yoga, whatever it is for you.
2) After that sit down and reflect. Meditate, breathwork and journal. I love doing it in that order, 5 mins each.
3) Lastly, learn something. Throw on a podcast, pick up a book. Reading the news doesn’t count. It’s about going in, not looking out.

For the past 3 weeks, everyday, I’ve been...
• Drinking Yerba maté🧉
• Minimum 1 minute cold showers
• Practicing at least 3 rounds of breathwork
What I’ve noticed...
• consistent energy levels throughout the day
• not needing to “grind” at work
• less stress
• deeper sleep
• more present

Big blessings on this fine Wednesday family.
Here to invite you to check in with your body.
Look, our minds are fu**in powerful. But if we are in a state of imbalance internally, we may get stuck up there. What could this look like?
- Overanalyzing a situation
- Fidgeting
- Shallow breathing
- Anxiousness
- Reactive
- Stressed
- Taking everything personally
- State of worry (past, present, future)
How do we gently move back to center? By tapping into the body’s intelligence.
When we are stuck in the mind, we need grounding!
What are some practices?
- Put your hand on your belly, breath down.
- Take a cold shower - try it. 30 seconds.
- Scream into a pillow if you feel pressure building up.
- Put on powerful drumming music, stomp your feet, punch a pillow.
- After all that, get on your knees, close your eyes and just feel.
- See what comes up for you, it’s different for everybody.
Bless up my friends, it’s a crucial time for humanity. Be aware, maintain good health holistically, keep an open mind and heart, respect each other’s differences, celebrate it all, stay together.

There’s a fire in everyone.
Mine was ignited recently in my business. Some scarcity and fear came up around money.
The energy came up as fear. I heard it in my mind, felt it in my body.
Here’s the beautiful thing about it all.
We get to allow fear to be present AND not allow it to be in the driver seat.
Emotion is ENERGY IN MOTION. It’s an opportunity to redirect it, integrate it into a form that will be of full service to us, that inspires authentic action.
My fear turned in creativity. The fire I didn’t know I needed in this season to bring a new texture to my business of coaching.

Energy is powerful. We can harness it. Always easier said than done. But possible. It becomes a dance of polarity within us. The feminine expression and the masculine direction.

Be intentional with your association.
Surround yourself with a diverse crew, especially with those who will not hold back truth from you.
Those that will check your blind spots.
Offer perspective not projection.
Tell you what you need to hear, not what you want.
Acknowledge where you’re at. Instead of trying to change your experience.
