The Philippine Women's University Career Development and Continuing Education Center (CDCEC) was also established in 1978 as an answer to the need for trained skilled workers particularly in business, tourism, and food industries. It is also committed to the re-training and upgrading of skills of professionals and semi-professionals in the field.
