VOICE FROM DELEGATES
We had opportunities to interview Delegate Rwanda and Israel. Delegate Rwanda describes that Rwanda has been to concentrate their own country’s situation and did not have enough opportunity to share ideas of vaccine distribution with other countries. Therefore, delegate Rwanda described that it was a great opportunity to share the ideas of the COVAX initiative. How to build distribute vaccine system was one of the biggest challenges Rwanda is facing. On the other hand, Mexico putting more focus on their own countries, so in the Conference, it was difficult to find the same recognition. However, there is a common recognition which member states agree with that they all must consider most vulnerable people such as refugees, migrants, and displaced people.

'Nobody Is Safe Until Everyone Is Safe'---Two days WHO online conference has closed steadfastly
May 17 to 18, the WHO conference was held online. The topic of the session is the COVAX initiative and forced migration: Distribution of vaccines to refugees, migrants, and displaced people.
The country’s delegate of Côte d'Ivoire, China, Rwanda, Bhutan, Mexico, St. Vincent, and the Grenadine, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, The Kingdom of Eswatini, and Israel have attended this conference.
In the beginning, each delegate proposes their position, especially their situation under the COVID-19, vaccine implement situation, financial situation, and about the Distribution of Vaccines to Refugees, Migrants which is this conference’s theme.
Delegates had a discussion to create a resolution together throughout two days conference. That was challenging for each country since each country needs to consider their own nations, and some of the countries are facing other challenges with how to implement vaccines program to refugees and displaced people. At the same time, all of the countries recognize that “Nobody Is Safe Until Everyone Is Safe”, this is the common understanding for each country, and this principle pushed this Conference forward throughout two days.
Through the conference, each country is able to understand the diversity of difficulties each country is facing, but at the same time, each country also try to protect their own countries, and some countries seeking to help, some countries are willing to help, and some are not able to help because of they themselves are in the difficulties to combat COVID-19.
At the end of the conference, the two resolutions were passed.
