And holding each other for so many years through deep grief and life’s most spectacular celebrations with equal levels of grace ~

Soooo many sublime, luminous, heart expanding moments lately…
Retreats and gatherings
Dances and community spaces
So many spaces + humans that imbue my soul with deep tenderness + epic joy!

I find myself so fully in it
Swirling in the moment ~
dropped into connection~
hands busy and heart open
And I forget to share.

“I’ll post about it later” syndrome
And I do really want to share these moments!
They are a part of the fabric of my heart .
They matter …
The way we gather and co~create and celebrate … the way we grow deeper in love, experience freedom and shed layers
The way we weave together and grow ~
The way we remember ourselves in community

Yes indeed … I’ll be catching up and sharing more brilliant glimpses and tender moments

This jungle held me in ways I didn’t know I longed for
This dance floor has witnessed my grief and heartbreak, deep, heavy, viscous…
But also emerging hope and trust, and slow surrender into my becoming

I have walked into this ocean as hundred different selves… Each one remembered and honored on the long walk into the the unmistakable shimmering sunset over the fierce waves

And this community, these radiant humans, this cosmic dance, and the weaving together of our hearts for a week of sweaty falling in love with the sheer magnificence of being. Raw and precious.

To return here, with my forever beloveds and and my dearest friend and luminous teacher .amberryan ~
what an immeasurable gift, what a deep privilege, I treasure it.
To once again step into the alchemy of salt and sound, waves and movement, fire, earth and sky…

To emerge cleansed by the elements, heart shattered wide open… humbled, grateful,
