💚 Sometimes, the best thing we can do is listen to our bodies.

We were so excited and have been preparing for today’s farmers market, but with a heavy heart, we’ve made the difficult decision not to attend. While we’re disappointed, we know that taking care of ourselves today will allow us to continue doing what we love.
