Celebrando la semana del cerebro que acaba de pasar (Marzo 13-19, 2023) con temas como:

1. La ciencia del buen envejecer y las cosas fáciles que podemos hacer al respecto:

dormir bien y con regularidad,

caminar con vigor para subir actividad cardio-respiratoria,

tener hábitos que reduzcan el estrés

(Dr. Carlos Dotti).

2. Santiago Ramón y Cajal:

Pionero y padre de la neurociencia,
Premio Nobel y orgullo para nosotros los hispanos.

La neurociencia es nuestra ciencia y la de todos.

3. El sistema nervioso y sus fenómenos son complejos, eléctricamente delicados y únicos.

Los últimos pueden requerir:

una estadística,
una ingeniería,
una metodología

más reflexiva y cautelosa que la que estamos empleando.
