The jump from 30K to 40K took almost two years 🫂

The timeline makes sense because when I started losing motivation on my content is when I started to suffer at my previous employment 💯

Last Friday, I experienced one of the proudest moments of my professional journey and it’s all thanks to my compa 🫂

He nominated me, shared my story to the planning committee, and the rest is history 💜

Rudy and I know each other since high school at we were never best friends, but always kept in touch in the different classes we took. One of the core memories I have is sitting in the same “quad” desks during math class of sophomore year 🫶🏽

He’s a network, a colleague, a friend, and honestly an hermano, someone who still kept in touch with me after twenty years of knowing each other 🙏🏽

Because we “know” a lot of people, but how many of those people care enough to speak highly of you in spaces that you ain’t part of? 🔥

Thank you hermano and thank all the staff that were so kind to me and my family to make this experience a core memory for my kids 💪🏽

What a beautiful feeling was to have the honor to be the keynote speaker for the Latiné Affinity Ceremony 🔥

To be standing in Salinas, CA my hometown, my beautiful 831 talking to my community was a beautiful moment for me 💜

Estar parado en la tierra y la ciudad donde nací y crecí, es uno de los momentos más bonitos de mi carrera 🫶🏽

Having my family there was very special and talking about my father made everything perfect for me 🙏🏽
