In the spirit of Bayanihan and this season of sharing, Mayor Nieri T. Flores has issued Executive Order No. 2025-48, calling on all barangays, schools, civic groups, faith-based organizations, government agencies, businesses, and private individuals to actively support and participate in the fundraising activities of Namnama iti Umili for the recovery and rehabilitation of Typhoon Uwan–affected families.

This year’s theme, “Lighting the Path of Hope,” reminds us that each Naguilianon is a bearer of light—bringing hope, strength, and compassion to our community.
