The Middle School Attached to Northwestern Polytechnical University (abbreviated to NPU Middle School), one of the firstly—named Provincial Demonstration Schools in Shaanxi Province in 2009,is located at NO.127 West Youyi Road, Beilin District, Xi'an. Founded in 1971, it is a complete school including both Junior and Senior ones. Its campus occupies an area of 51 mu, with the construction of 30,43

7 square meters. In our school there is the only one air-playground with the area of 7,000 square meters in our country. The relatively- separated Junior part and senior one have already been built. There are comfortable reading rooms for teachers and students and a library with over 230,000 books. Altogether we have over 80 different classrooms including laboratories and functional ones and the campus web with 576 computers, 6 services and 86 revealers.
