We believe that successful leaders are inspired by International exposure, cross cultural understanding, communication skills, relationship skills, world-view clarity and moral clarity. With focus on putting others first and helping others to succeed, these life skills are most effectively internalized and lived out through mentoring by experienced and successful leaders. CEO Global USA seeks to provide effective and transformational leadership development to the global student body by educational and experiential methods, programs and projects. CEO Global’s mission is to develop ‘Servant Leaders of Integrity’ by helping transform the lives of leading Chinese students in the top 100 universities in China and around the world. CEO Global was established in Hong Kong as a non-profit organization in 2004. Presently CEO Global has operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and the USA. CEO Global has enjoyed a trusted partnership with the highly respected China Soong Ching Ling Foundation which has enabled us to operate officially within the Chinese university system to accomplish our mission. Because of this, we have been fortunate in a very short time to help raise up a new generation of ‘Servant Leaders of Integrity’ among leading Chinese university students while becoming increasingly well respected in China, Hong Kong and internationally. Chinese university students desperately need help in preparing and equipping themselves for the future. Most schools in China focus almost exclusively on students' academic achievements with little time being spent on developing morals, values, character, or emotional and social intelligence. Severe depression and suicide are not uncommon among students. McKinsey Global institute reported in 2008 that only 10% of China's university graduates are suitable for work in the global work force. The McKinsey report and other studies point to significant challenges in finding suitable candidates with personal integrity that can succeed in professional workplace environments. Lack of integrity partially accounts for high turnover experienced by companies in China. The world needs the next generation of Chinese leaders to be globally minded, compassionate, guided by integrity and possessing a clear moral foundation that will enable them to be Servant Leaders of Integrity in every sphere of society. Our widely recognized university credit course, known as The Way to Success (TWTS), is a primary way we are shaping a new generation of leaders in China. Since 2007 CEO Global has been conducting “The Way To Success” (TWTS) credit course at top universities in China, including Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Fudan University. Starting Fall 2012, TWTS workshops will be conducted in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Over 5,500 students have graduated from TWTS. CEO Global has successfully conducted the transformational Sunshine International Camps, Sunshine Real Leadership Retreats and CJ Youth Camps regularly since 2004. Over 2000 volunteers have impacted the lives of 12,300 students in these programs! Among our many successes, CEO Global has seen tremendous personal and professional development among elite Chinese university students. The TWTS program and integrated camp experiences such as the Sunshine International Camp and the Sunshine Real Leadership Retreat are producing not only socially responsible servant leaders but also graduates who are the most desirable and hirable employees in China. Topics and emphasis include; Integrity, Self Esteem, Teamwork, Soft Skills, Servant Leadership, Community Responsibility, Global Awareness, Innovation and Successful Failure. Our alumni are recognized for their personal character, employability, social responsibility, international exposure and cross-cultural skills. TWTS and Sunshine International Camp alumni have a transformed understanding of themselves as significant and responsible individuals with a renewed sense of personal and corporate responsibility to others. CEO Global is producing Servant Leaders of Integrity who live truly successful lives as they influence every sphere of society in China and the world.
