باہر ملک کا اسکالرشپ کیسے ملتا ہے؟

جب میں نے فیس بک جوائن کی میں نے ہمیشہ ایسے پیج اور گروپ جوائن کیئے جس میں میری فیلڈ کے لوگ ہوں یعنی جہاں لوگ باہر ملک آنے کے لئے کوشاں رہتے ہوں تاکہ ان کے ساتھ میں بھی کچھ سیکھ سکوں اور اپنے تجربے میں سے ان کو بھی کچھ بتاؤں..

یہ بات ہے 2014 کہ مجھے بھی باہر ملک جانے کے بھوت سوار ہوئے کہ اب باہر ہی جانا ہے اور میں نے بہت چیزیں سیکھی جو کہ صرف گوگل اور یوٹیوب کے زریعے ہی سیکھی جا سکتی تھی لیکن کچھ باتیں جیسے کہ وہاں کی زندگی کیسی ہے اور لوگ کیسے ہیں تو اس کے لئے کسی ایسے شخص سے پوچھنا لازمی ہوتا ہے جو خود وہاں اس ملک میں مقیم ہو... جیسے کہ جہاں پاکستانی ہوتے ہیں وہاں کی وہ کبھی بھی اچھائی نہیں بتائیں گے کہ اس ملک میں یہ اچھائی ہے، یہ کمائی ہے اور ایسے سہولیات ہیں. بلکہ وہ تو آپکو اس ملک کے برے تاثرات بتا کر الجھانا چاہے گا... اس طرح میں نے بھی تھوڑی بہت ریسرچ کی اور یہ فیصلہ کیا کہ اب اسکالرشپ تو ملنا نہیں پھر کیوں نا خود فیس دے کر برطانیہ جاؤں. میں نے برطانیہ میں 3 سال اپنی گریجوئشن مکمل کی اور پھر اسکالرشپ کے طرف سفر شروع کیا....

مجھے یاد نہیں کہ میں نے آج تک کسی کے انباکس میں گھس کر یا تو اس سے سی وی مانگی ہے یا کسی سے لنک مانگی ہو.. مجھے میرے ایک پروفیسر نے کہا بیٹی کبھی بھی کسی شخص سے اس کے یہ چیزیں نا مانگنا جیسے کہ سی وی، موٹیویشنل لیٹر وغیرہ کیوں کہ یہ ہر جگہ دینا مناسب ہی نہیں اور اس سے آپ کے پرسنل چیزوں کا غیر زمیدارانہ استمعال ہوتا ہے اور دوسرا یہ کہ کسی کے پاس بھی لنک موجود نہیں ہوتا وہ بھی گوگل سےدیکھ کر آپ کو دیگا تو اس سے بہتر ہے کہ آپ خود گوگل سے سرچ کریں نا کہ کسی کے انباکس جاکر خود کو شرمندہ کریں۔۔تو اس لئے آپ سے بھی یہی التجا ہے کہ کسی کہ بھی انباکس میں کوئی چیز نا مانگیں اگر مانگتے ہیں تو اگلا بندہ آپ کو جواب دینا بھی گوارا نہیں کرتا.... یہ اس کی مغروری نہیں بلکہ اس کا حق ہے...

اسکالرشپ حاصل کرنے کے لئے سب سے اہم چیز آپ کا خود سے سیریس ہونا لازمی ہے یعنی کہ آپ کا پکا پکا فیصلہ ہو کہ اب اسکالرشپ حاصل کرنی ہے پھر آپ اس پر محنت بھی کریں گے اور پھر اسکالرشپ مل بھی جائے گا... آپ اسکالرشپ گروپ جوائن کریں ان کے فائل میں جاکر اس گروپ کہ مواد چیک کریں کیوں کہ فائل میں آپ کو ہر بنیادی چیزیں بتائی گئی ہوتی ہیں... اس کے بعد ہر گروپ کہ اوپر سرچ کرنے کا آپشن بھی ہوتا ہے جس کہ زریعے آپ کوئی بھی topic لکھیں تو وہ سب پرانے پوسٹ آتے ہیں اور بہت سے سوال جو پہلے سے جواب دیئے جا چکے ہوتے ہیں وہ چیک کریں شائد آپ کا جواب پہلے سے ہی گروپ میں موجود ہو....

تیسری اہم بات یہ ہے کہ وقت کی قدر کریں.. وہ چاہے آپ کے خود کی ہو یا اگلا بندہ جس سے آپ مخاطب ہیں کیوں کہ باہر ملک میں وقت کی بہت قدر ہے۔۔ کچھ لوگ کسی لو آن لائن دیکھ کر میسج کرتے ہیں ہیں اور جواب نا آنے کی صورت میں پھر کمنٹس میں کہتے ہیں کہ آپ تو جواب نہیں دیتے.... ہمارے جواب دینے کہ دو اہم وجوہات ہیں. ایک یہ کہ اگر ہم آن لائن نظر آئیں تو اسکا یہ مطلب نہیں کہ ہم خود فیس بک پر موجود ہیں بلکہ اس کا یہ مطلب ہے کہ ہم اپنے موبائل یا کسی کمپیوٹر میں کسی کام کے وجہ سے اپنا ڈیٹا آن کیئے ہوئے ہیں جس کہ وجہ sسے آپ کو ہم آن لائن نظر آرھے ہیں جواب نہ آنے کی صورت میں انتظار کریں....
دوسری بات یہ کہ اگر کوئی آپ کے میسج کا جواب نہیں دے رہا تو آپ نے اپنی مقصد کی بات نہیں کی ہوگی بلکہ دعا سلام اور اس کے حال چال پوچھے ہوں گے... سب اسکالرشپ والے اپنی زندگی میں خوش ہیں اور ٹھیک ٹھاک ہیں تو لہٰذا آج سے آپ اپنے مقصد کی بات کریں بجائے کسی کہ حال پوچھنے کے۔۔۔۔ ہاں اگر کوئی آپ پورے پروفائل بتانے کے بعد بھی جواب نہ دے تو آپ اس کو چھوڑ دیں ایسے لوگ نہیں چاہتے کہ اپ باہر آکر ان کی شان میں کمی کردیں۔۔۔۔

جب بھی اسکالرشپ کے لئے اپلائی کریں تو کوئی بھی موقع ضائع نا کریں جیسے کہ بہت لوگ مجھے انباکس میں کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے سعودیہ، چین، تائیوان یا انڈونیشیا میں اسکالرشپ مل گیا لیکن میرا مقصد یورپ سیٹل ہونا ہے تو میں نے یورپ ہی جانا ہے... ان سے درخواست ہے کہ یورپ کہیں بھاگا نہیں جارہا اور چین کی ریسرچ یورپ اور امریکہ اور کینیڈا سے بہت آگے ہے.. میں یونیورسٹی آف ٹورنٹو میں ہوں اور یہاں آدھے سے زیادہ لوگ وہی ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی ڈگری چین سے کیا ہو.... یعنی اگر آپ کا ڈگری چین سے ہو تو یہ لوگ آپ کو خوشی خوشی اسکالرشپ دیں گے تو آج سے یہ ڈائریکٹ یورپ اور کینیڈا والے سوچ کو بھی دل سے ختم کریں....

اسکالرشپ والا بندہ آپ کو قدم اٹھانا سکھائے گا اور طریقہ بتائے گا مزید آپ نے خود کرنا ہوگا... کیوں کہ بہت سے لوگ مجھے کہتے ہیں کہ آپ ہمارا اپلائی کرو بہت انکار کہ باوجود تنگ کرتے ہیں تو میں نے کہا کہ 50 ہزار لیکر اپلائی کروں گی تو اوپر سے گالیاں دینے لگ جاتے ہیں کہ آپ بھی ایجنٹ ہو.....

آخر میں یہ بات کہوں گی کہ میں خود 20 سے زیادہ بار ریجیکٹ ہوئی لیکن ہمت نہیں ہاری تو آج دنیا کہ بہترین یونیورسٹی میں موجود ہوں... آپ بھی ریجیکشن کے بعد اپنے حوصلے بلند رکھیں اور مزید اپلائی کریں اور یہ امید سے رہیں کہ اللّه کسی کی محنت ضائع نہیں کرتا...
