List of Documents for CSC Scholarship Application:
0. Recent Passport size photo with white or blue Background
1. Passport Copy (Minimum 6-Month Validity)
2. Academic Transcripts (Only of Bachelor’s if Applying for MS and Both of BS and Master’s if Applying for PhD).
3. Degree Certificates (Bachelor’s if Applying for MS and Both of BS and Master’ if Applying for PhD).
4. Study Plan or Research Proposal (Minimum 800 words)
5. Recommendation Letters (Two letters from Professors or Associate professors)
6. Acceptance Letter (Optional but strongly recommended; also compulsory in top-ranked universities)
7. Physical Examination Form (Foreigner Physical Examination Form)
8. Language Proficiency Proof (IELTS/TOEFL/English proficiency or HSK certificate) To make your profile strong, You can Apply with an English Proficiency Certificate too and win the scholarship too.
9. Non-Criminal Record Certificate (Notarized, issued within 6 months)
10. CV/Resume (Detailed academic CV)
11. Additional Documents (e.g., published papers, awards, portfolio, motivation letter, or video introduction (required by some universities)) only to improve your Application.
