OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Paper Submission Deadline Extension

ASIAN Conference on Communication and Networks 2026 (ASIANComNet 2026)

The Organizing Committee of ASIANComNet 2026 would like to express its sincere gratitude to the global research community for the significant interest and volume of submissions received thus far. In response to numerous requests from prospective authors, we are pleased to announce a formal extension of the paper submission deadline.

Updated Submission Deadline: Seprember 15, 2026

This extension is intended to accommodate researchers who require additional time to finalize their manuscripts and to ensure the broadest possible participation from the international academic community.

Publication & Indexing
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, with anticipated indexing in Scopus and EI Compendex (subject to IEEE Xplore scope and quality standards). The conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE and the IEEE Vietnam Section.

Initiated by the United Societies of Science (USS), this initiative aims to establish an interdisciplinary and cross-regional international academic platform to address global challenges in resources, environment, and ecological security.

Targeted Disciplines: Environment / Security / Geology / Surveying and Mapping / Mining / Oil and Gas / Territorial Spatial Planning / Carbon Neutrality / Resource Recycling

Responsibilities: Participate in the formulation of the council’s constitution, organizational structure, and development plan.

The USS R9 South Asia Council Preparatory Committee is now established. Under the USS framework, USS proposes to establish the USS R9 South Asia Council, serving as the regional coordination platform for USS across South Asia. 26 researcher joined the committee.
As the official regional representative of USS in South Asia, the Council will carry out key functions including:
1) Regional Membership Development and Services
2) Interdisciplinary Regional Forums
3) International Collaboration Bridge
4) Youth Talent Development
5) Policy and Societal Impact
6) Journal Launch Support
7) Coordination of Specialized Councils

The 2026 ASIAN Conference on Communication and Networks (ASIANComNet 2026) is now calling for original, high-quality technical papers across the full scope of communication, computing, and intelligent network technologies.
Hosted by the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, Vietnam, the conference will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, from October 11 to 14, 2026. Guided by the theme "Connected world: Shaping the Future of Intelligent Connectivity-Innovate, Integrate, Inspire", we welcome global scholars to contribute to the frontier of intelligent connectivity.
