Join us on May 2-3, 2025 at the North Anglia Chinese International School (NACIS), Shanghai, for an event designed to challenge, inspire, and celebrate the next generation of critical thinkers and speakers. IA application for is now open!

We are excited to welcome judges from all over the world to judge at 💻

Confirmed judges will be provided with the following during the course of the competition
✈️Full travel subsidy + Stipends
🏢Accommodation (check-in on Nov 27 and check-out on Nov 30)

Interested applicants are welcome to submit their application through this form:

Since we have 4 main divisions (Junior Public Speaking, Public Speaking, WSDC Jr., and WSDC), applicants are welcome to indicate their judging priorities and preferences in the form!

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so we strongly encourage applicants to submit their applications as soon as possible.

Day 2 of the Shanghai Speech & Debate Invitational had intense elimination rounds, emotional highs and lows, and so many breakthrough moments.

We saw students push themselves and walk out of rounds braver than when they walked in. No matter the results, the learning today was huge! 🌟
