On the evening of January 22, we will usher in the Chinese Lunar New Year - the Year of the Rabbit. Spring Festival is a very important celebration. From January 28 to 29, the Monori Center in Budapest Chinatown will hold the New Year's Fair and cultural programs.
On this special day, K ő B á nya Chinese community will dress up, hold free outdoor and indoor activities and prepare traditional food festivals. On the square in front of the Marriott Hotel, there will be dragon and lion dances and parades in Chinese national costumes. In the room, you can listen to Chinese music, watch dance performances and famous Sichuan opera.
You can try on traditional Chinese clothing, Hanfu and participate in the tea ceremony, or hang your wish on the prayer tree. In addition, you can also participate in the consultation of traditional Chinese medicine and immerse yourself in the mystery of Chinese calligraphy and painting. Children can also participate in interactive games, such as paper-cutting, making dragons, painting opera masks or making Chinese knots.
