🌟 Alumni Career Sharing Session 🌟
On March 4, UTM held its 2025 Career Day at the Taipa Campus, featuring an inspiring “Alumni Career Sharing Session” organised by UTM and the UTM Business Club. We were honored to host two distinguished alumni as guest speakers: Mr. Frank Ng, Director of Revenue Strategy at JW Marriott Hotel & The Ritz Carlton Macau, and Mr. Joseph Kim, former Director of Welcome at W Macau - Studio City.

The speakers shared their personal career journeys in depth, discussing their growth from newcomers in the workplace to management levels. They provided valuable insights into the key challenges and breakthrough opportunities they encountered along the way. Additionally, they offered practical advice and insights into industry trends, helping our graduating students transition smoothly from campus life to the professional world.
