- Mentoring Sessions: Support students and young professionals at major conferences like ISSCC, CICC, and VLSI, or engage in one-on-one mentoring through our Chronus platform.

- Women in Circuits (WiC): Empower researchers through mentoring and networking events designed to foster long-term career success in the semiconductor field.

- Webinars for Young Excellence: Brainstorm topics, liaise with presenters, and moderate quarterly sessions.

- Design Contest Program: Help design and evaluate technical questions for the SSCS design contest.
