【Notice】

1.所有境内学生（包括校外住宿学生），假期期间如有外出过夜计划，应提前通过钉钉办理请假手续，外出返回时也应提前报告行程。汉语进修生要提前向班主任报备行程。All Students who plan to go out overnight (including off-campus Students) during the holiday should apply for leave through DingTalk in advance, and report the itinerary in advance when returning. Chinese language students shall report their travel plans to their class teachers in advance for record.

2.请假申请审核通过后，外出时应遵守“24小时内完成住宿登记”的要求。如出行需要住宿酒店或租住公寓等，必须按规定进行住宿登记。After the application for leave is approved, please comply with the requirements of "completing accommodation registration within 24 hours" when going out for travel. If you need to stay in a hotel or rent an apartment when travelling, accommodation registration must be carried out in accordance with regulations.

3.外出注意安全：外出旅行期间注意交通安全，请选择正规有牌照车辆，并系好安全带；骑行电动自行车，请规范佩戴头盔；请勿至不熟悉的水域或野外水域游泳，提高安全意识，远离危险，谨防溺水。Travel Safety: When traveling during the holiday, be mindful of traffic safety. Choose legally licensed vehicles and always fasten your sea tbelt. If riding an electric bicycle, wear a helmet properly. Do not swim in unfamiliar or natural bodies of water. Stay alert, avoid dangerous areas, and take precautions to prevent drowning.

4. 国庆假期人流量较大，建议同学们合理安排出行计划，注意交通安全，尽量避免前往人群密集的地方，不要在设有危险标志的区域停留，贵重物品应随身携带。It’s crowded everywhere during the vacation, please arrange your travel reasonably, and pay attention to traffic safety. Avoid crowded places and do not stay in areas with danger signs. Carry your valuables with you at all times.

5.时刻提高警惕，做到不轻信来历不明的电话或短信，不点击任何形式的网络链接，不轻易透漏自己的身份和银行卡信息，更不随意向陌生人汇款转账；警惕网络交友、电商客服物流诈骗、刷单返利、娱乐项目中奖、钓鱼网站等诈骗类型，切实提高自身防范意识，筑牢安全防范防火墙。Always be vigilant and not easily trust phone calls or text messages of unknown origin, not click on any form of network link, not easily disclose their identity and bank card information, and not casually transfer money to strangers; Be vigilant of fraud types such as online dating, e-commerce customer service logistics fraud, cashback for brushing orders, entertainment project winning, phishing websites, etc., effectively improve one's own prevention awareness, and build a strong security firewall.

6. 用火用电安全：宿舍内严禁抽烟、严禁使用明火、严禁私拉电线、严禁使用电饭煲、电磁炉、热得快等大功率违禁电器。离开宿舍、住处前要请仔细检查房间，确保没有安全隐患，例如检查所有电器电源是否切断、水龙头是否关闭，锁好门窗等，防止火灾、触电及其它安全事故的发生。Fire and Electrical Safety: Smoking, using open flames, unauthorized wiring,, and using high-power prohibited electrical appliances such as rice cookers, induction cookers, and water heaters are strictly forbidden in the dormitory. Before leaving the dormitory or residence, carefully check the room to ensure there are no potential safety hazards. For example, check if all electrical appliances are powered off, if the water taps are turned off, and lock the doors and windows. Moreover, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited to prevent fires, electric shocks, and other safety accidents.

7.遵守法律法规：不得有酗酒、打架斗殴、赌博、吸毒等行为；不得非法就业、经商或从事其他经营性活动。Legal Compliance: Students must not engage in activities such as excessive drinking, fighting, gambling, drug use, or illegal employment and business operations.

8.假期请保持联络畅通。如需帮助或遇到紧急情况，请及时联系学院辅导员老师或班级班主任老师。Please keep in close contact during holiday. If you need help or in an emergency, please contact your school teacher or class teacher.
