There are moments when a season of work finally becomes visible.
Over the past several months, I’ve been navigating one of the most demanding and rewarding periods of my professional life: finishing a book, bringing several major publishing projects to the final stages of post-production and printing, opening a major new exhibition, guiding our creative agency through a successful transition in China, and protecting opportunities that matter deeply to me.
Yesterday, I spent the day planting the front garden.
On paper, it doesn’t seem nearly as significant as the projects above. Yet somehow it felt like the final piece falling into place.
While I’ve been building businesses, exhibitions, publications, and partnerships, Robert has been steadily transforming our home—painting, building, repairing, and creating beautiful spaces for us to grow into. Seeing the landscaping finally completed brought everything together in a way I didn’t expect.
Success isn’t only measured by milestones, launches, or achievements. It’s also measured by the life those achievements make possible.
A home that feels welcoming.
A community that feels supportive.
Work that feels meaningful.
Beauty that can be enjoyed every day.
I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have supported this journey, for the opportunities that continue to unfold, and for the privilege of building a life where creativity, culture, entrepreneurship, and beauty can coexist.
Sometimes luxury is not excess.
Sometimes luxury is standing in a garden you’ve dreamed of, surrounded by people you love, knowing that the hard season was worth it.
