Soong Ching Ling International Kindergarten is located on the premises of Fuhan Apartments in the New & High-Tech Zone (Xin Bei Qu) of Changzhou; just a short distance away from Wanda Plaza, the Changzhou Municipal Government offices, Changzhou Grand Theatre, Changzhou Museum, the Changzhou Olympic Sports Stadium, and China Dinosaur Park.
