Research directions
Directions 1: Functional oil preparation and precision nutrition
Conduct research on the fine structural analysis, targeted modification and bioavailability of peanut lipids. Systematically analyze the molecular composition and stereostructure of triglycerides and phospholipids, elucidate the evolution laws of lipid composition, composition and aggregation during processing, and locate key structural sites affecting digestion and absorption; The study of the targeted group decoration of polyphenols such as resveratrol and proanthocyanins on peanut lipids revealed the mechanisms of gut digestion, transmembrane transport and internal metabolism of the complex, providing theoretical and technical support for the precision creation of highly bioavailable functional oils.
Directions 2: Green processing and biosynthesis of edible oils
Using synthetic biology to build high-efficiency microbial cell factories, directly synthesize functional oils such as unsaturated fatty acids and structural lipids, and reduce dependence on traditional oil resources; Combine enzyme catalysis and fermentation technology to achieve high value transformation of oil by-products such as oil foot and soap foot, prepare fatty acids, phospholipid derivatives and other products, and improve oil resource utilization rate and product added value.
Requirements:
1. Must have obtained doctorates in related fields such as food science and engineering, food and nutrition, biology, chemical engineering and technology, applied chemical materials science and engineering and artificial intelligence, and have obtained their doctorates for no more than 2 years; Or recent graduates who have successfully completed their doctoral dissertation defence and obtained their doctorate degree.
2. Have a good foundation in English and are able to read professional literature in English and conduct academic exchanges. Have published at least two papers in the top 5% of SCI journals or JCR (Web of Science JCR) subjects with an impact factor greater than 8.0 in almost three years, or have authorized at least 2 national patents for inventions (top 2).
Salary Package:
Annual salary (position salary + performance award) 200 thousand to 300 thousand yuan/year
