Title: SPERMBACK – mRNA therapy to restore genetic male infertility
Challenge: 40 % of infertility cases involve male factors; many lack s***m due to monogenic defects.
Goal: Engineer lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) that deliver mRNA to regenerate s***matogenesis ex vivo.

🔬 Work Packages
LNP Engineering: microfluidics & dual-centrifugation
Physico-chemical char.: DLS, NMR, cryo-TEM
Biological testing: primary human & mouse s***matogonial cultures – viability, uptake, genome editing read-out
Ex-vivo efficacy: quantitative confocal imaging, immunohistochemistry on te**is explants

💰 Contract & Environment
Duration: 36 months, French doctoral salary (~€2 000 net/month) + health insurance + 45 days annual leave

MSc in cell biology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or chemical engineering (nanomedicine track)
