【UK Private House Rental Price Index 2022】
Private rent prices paid by UK tenants rose by 4.0% in the 12 months to November 2022, up from 3.8% in the 12 months to October 2022.
In the 12 months to November 2022, annual private rental prices rose by 3.9% in England, 3.1% in Wales and 4.4% in Scotland.
The East Midlands had the highest annual percentage change in private rental prices (5.1%), while London and the North East had the lowest changes (3.5%).
