Prof Fokunang Charles and Prof Tembe of CaAHREP at the All African Leadership Conference Kigali Rwanda 🇷🇼 ✍🏻👏🏻

Professor Charles Fokunang President of Cameroon Association for Health Research and Environmental Protection (CaAHREP) Moderated the Parliamentary Seminar at the Cameroon National Assembly, in Yaounde 17th June, 2026. The theme was Education, Advocacy and Engagement of Parliamentarians in the HIV/AIDS response. The seminar was organized by REPROSAN (RÉSEAU PARLEMENTAIRE POUR LA PROMOTION DE LA SANTÉ ET DE LA VALORISATION DE LA MÉDECINE TRADITIONNELLE), REPRESENTED AT THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF CAMEROON. REPROSAN is a collaborating partner to CaAHREP. This advocacy initiative creates a milieu for scientist to interact with parliamentarians, and creating a synergy of communication for enhanced policy decision making in public health.

Prof Charles Fokunang president of CaAHREP was joined by Prof Egbe John Ebai Former Director of Higher Institute of Commerce and Management of Univerdity of Bamenda and President Cameroon Order of Electrical Engineers for the reception of an award to by the association of Journalists to prof Fokunang for his outstanding academic excellence and research exploits.

Conférence Erasmus à la FMSB-UY1 : Avancées en biomédecine avec le Pr Rafael Balaña Fouce

Intitulée _« Entropia Team: Scientific Advancements and Research Perspectives in Biomedicine »_, la conférence a réuni enseignants-chercheurs, résidents en biologie clinique et pharmacie, ainsi que des étudiants de Master et de Doctorat et Spécialiste en toxicologie, parasitologie et biologie moléculaire, le Pr Balaña Fouce a présenté les travaux de l’_Entropia Team_ et les perspectives de recherche en biomédecine. L’échange a permis de renforcer les liens scientifiques entre la FMSB-UY1 et l’Université de León, et d’explorer des pistes de collaboration en matière de formation et de recherche.

Cette activité s’inscrit dans la série de rencontres institutionnelles, d’échanges avec les étudiants et de visites de laboratoires prévues.
