It 10th December, it's International Human Rights Day.

This Day marks the end of 16 Days Activism Against Gender Based Violence ( GBV). Note that Women Rights are human rights as they are human first before being women.

Moreover advocacy against Gender Based Violence or Violence Against Women is not just from the 25th of November to the 10th of December. Rather this days are set aside to amplify the advocacy. Advocacy against GBV runs through out the year. Collaboration is instrumental to stop violence against Women and girls. Sensitize and empower for sustainable solutions to GBV.

International Disability Day 2025 16 Days Activism Against Gender Based Violence 2025 #SENTTI #APGDI

Inclusive education is the foundation of an inclusive society.

Inclusive learning environments are proven to strengthen communities, challenge discrimination and expand opportunities for all learners. Yet despite decades of progress, children and youth with disabilities remain among the most marginalized worldwide — excluded by stigma, inaccessible environments and insufficient support.

On the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we call for renewed global commitment to ensure that learners and teachers with disabilities are no longer left behind. Achieving this vision requires sustained political will, adequate resources and the meaningful participation of persons with disabilities in shaping education policies.
