Butter cupcake recipe(pwede baked at Steam)

Ingredients:
4 cups cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 bar butter (melted)
1 can evaporated milk
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
1 tsp salt
6 pcs whole eggs

Procedure:
in mixing bowl melt the butter, mix all dry ingredients and make sure naka sift lahat to avoid buo buo. In melted butter, add egg, oil, vanilla and salt.Add flour mixture gradually sa evap milk.mix well. Ing meron pa ring siyang buo buo pwede salain ulit. Bake or steam 10 minutes in midium heat.

EGG ROLL RECIPE

2 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Margarine
8-9 Tbsp Water ( more or less)
5 Eggs Boiled
2 Tbsp Sugar

Procedure
-Sieve flour, Baking powder , salt, sugar, nutmeg, add Margarine, egg and mix everything together thoroughly
- add water and mix-knead till it form a dough
-cover for 20mins to set
- cut into small balls, and rap in ur eggs properly without any opening
- fry on a low heat till golden brown
