Daniel 6:1-3 NKJV
[1] It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom one hundred and twenty satraps, to be over the whole kingdom; [2] and over these, three governors, of whom Daniel was one, that the satraps might give account to them, so that the king would suffer no loss.[3] Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.

1. It is possible to be a prophet, a man of God and yet, be a state man, a business man, an entrepreneur.
2. For a Christian, there is virtually no dividing line between the sacred and the secular. There is only one life. A Christian is a spiritual man in the marketplace.
2. Christians need to develop such an integrity and capacity that will attract the respect and favour of kings.

Taking over and making maximum impact in the marketplace

One of the wrong mindsets that was transmitted to the church along the years is putting a dividing line between the secular and spiritual. This has led 99% of Christians to view themselves less ministers of God, and consequently less spiritual. This is a lie.
All Christians are priests of God, serving in different areas of calling: Househelp, business, social entrepreneurs, webmasters, journalists, Pastors, Teachers, apostles, prophets and so on.

Read this verses of Paul to the Colossians 3:17, 23-24
And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
22 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, 23 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

The same idea is repeated in Ephesians 6:5-8

In the book "Failing Forward", by John C. Maxwell, He wrote, "You are only as handicap as you choose to be... Our handicap can only disable us if we want to let them."
While you are crying, lamenting, and blaming others and yourself because of your condition, others with the same condition are making it. All you need is a burning purpose and a clear vision to make the difference.
