The successful candidate will be expected to:

■ Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote RUI programmes, with emphasis on dual certification, international partnerships, and employability.
■ Manage admissions processes, including prospect engagement, inquiries handling, and enrollment facilitation, in line with RUI’s learner-centred and competency-based philosophy.
■ Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and support programme expansion.
■ Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance RUI’s visibility locally and internationally.
■ Build and sustain relationships with prospective students, secondary schools, training centres, and corporate partners.
■ Monitor and report performance indicators such as enrollment targets and conversion rates to optimise campaigns and commissions.
■ Collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure alignment with RUI’s values of excellence, innovation, and global citizenship.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate the following:

■ A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (RUI alumni or candidates familiar with higher education systems will have an added advantage).
■ At least 2–3 years of verifiable experience in marketing, sales, or admissions—preferably within the education sector.
■ Proven ability to perform in a commission-based environment with measurable results.
■ Strong digital marketing competencies, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and analytics.
■ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
■ An entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset, with integrity, creativity, and passion for education as a tool for social transformation.
■ Knowledge of Cameroon’s education landscape and global certification frameworks will be considered an asset.

In this presentation, I will unveil the 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 (𝐁𝐀𝐏), a pioneering, homegrown innovation designed to modernise school governance while revolutionising English Language Teaching in Cameroon. The 𝐁𝐀𝐏 harmonises administrative efficiency with pedagogic creativity, empowering teachers to function as digital content creators, data-literate practitioners, and adaptive curriculum designers.

The model answers the urgent call for AI-driven transformation in education, reducing paper dependency, streamlining administrative processes, and equipping teachers with tools for automated exam creation, lesson planning, and real-time performance monitoring. Early results already reveal substantial gains: a 45% reduction in clerical workload, improved punctuality in pedagogical delivery, and the standardisation of exam preparation to meet national benchmarks.

More than a digital platform, the 𝐁𝐀𝐏 is a vision, a commitment to eco-responsible, socially equitable, and technologically advanced education. It is a blueprint for collaborative partnerships between government, NGOs, and teacher networks, and a model for integrating governance technology into teacher training programmes nationwide.
